He was able to walk us through the process step by step. We didn't feel pressured or the need to rush through the process. Daniel made it easy for us to communicate with him via phone calls, email, and always willing to answer any questions that we had about the process. Daniel would even double check to see if we understood the terminology and documents. Also, he kept it "real" along the way, he gave us the positive/negative and his personal professional opinion. He checked in with us about our emotions, about our concerns, and most importantly our needs. All the odds were not always in our favor, but he made it happen. My partner and I were truly blessed to have Daniel as realtor and would highly recommend him.

Dan is an experienced and knowledgeable realtor who you can TRUST has your best interests in mind! I reached out to Dan as I was preparing to purchase a home. He was more than happy to educate me on the buying process and gave me space to do my own research. He would check in occasionally and always responded to any questions in a quick and timely fashion. He prepared me for the rollercoaster ride of searching for and buying a house by going over the process in great detail -- often times repeating himself along the way as I had many many questions. The extra time he spent doing this made all the difference as it set my expectations. EVERYTHING moved extremely quickly from this point on, but Dan and his team made sure that we stayed on schedule. Dan got in touch with the sellers agent for the first property I wanted to see and learned that it was about to go into escrow. He got us in quickly to take peek in case it falls out of escrow, so we can be a backup. We looked at a handful of beautiful properties but I kept comparing them to that first property. Low and behold it fell out of escrow! Dan worked with me to put together a competitive offer and made sure that I was comfortable with it. When they came back with a counter, he laid out my options and protections with contingencies. I was nervous about removing the appraisal contingency but Dan knew exactly how to keep me protected. I never had to worry about missing deadlines as he made sure to send updates on where things were with appraisals, inspections or documents that needed to be sighed. 30 days later, he handed me the keys and I couldn't be happier! If you want a realtor that will work hard for you and put your needs first, then Dan is your guy!
